- New construction of eight, 4-story student apartment facilities, designed with an average of 16 apartment units per building

THOMAS BOULEVARD COMPLEX
- Major renovations to a 5-story, 103,000 square foot existing cast-in-place concrete complex and addition of a 12,000 square foot high bay structure
BRUCE HALL CONVENIENCE STORE
- Renovation of the former 7 Eleven tenant space to accommodate a new campus convenience store
