TSE is providing the structural engineering services for Skye 750, a 7-story, 330,000 square foot apartment building located in King of Prussia, PA.

The building layout is U-shaped to maximize the footprint of interior space and vehicle parking on the site. The North and South Wings of the building consist of 5-stories of wood-framed construction on a steel and concrete podium. The West Wing is built similarly with 5-stories of wood-framed construction on a 2-story steel and concrete podium. Additionally, the West Wing is built into a hillside utilizing braced ivany block retaining walls to support the finish grade differential.  

TSE is working with 5 G Studio Collaborative of Dallas, TX, who are providing architectural design services.

Lecesse Development Corporation is the developer on the project, and Lecesse Construction is the general contractor.
