TSE is currently providing structural engineering services for a new mixed-use building in the heart of downtown State College. The 7-story, 132,000 square foot structure includes 2 levels of enclosed parking and retail space at the lower floors which are structured with cast-in-place concrete. The top five floor levels will house 55 residential apartments which are structured with precast concrete floor decks supported on masonry bearing walls. When completed, the building will be called The Icon.
