Congratulations to Pamela Holcomb on being selected in the Pittsburgh Business Times as one of the 20 People to Know in Engineering.

In order to spend more time with his family and at his lake home in Virginia, Dirk has decided to step down as President and relinquish his ownership in the company.

Construction on St. Clair Hospital’s new ambulatory care center has proceeded well in spite of recent pandemic restrictions. TSE is proud to be part of the design team, led by IKM Architecture, for the 270,000 square foot hospital addition.

TSE is currently providing structural engineering services for a new mixed-use building in the heart of downtown State College.

TSE is providing the structural engineering services for Skye 750, a 7-story, 330,000 square foot apartment building located in King of Prussia, PA.

The current phase of Oxford Development’s 3 Crossings Development is underway and includes the conversion of an existing warehouse building into two office buildings with a courtyard between them.

TSE was a member of the design team led by DLA + Architects for the new District 15 Office Building located in Pittsburgh’s Strip District. The building was developed by RDC Design + Build and partner Orangestar Properties as part of Buncher Company’s Riverfront Landing development along the Allegheny River.
