• Eight new facilities with a total gross area of over 100,000 square feet

  • Hummer, Saab, Cadillac, Saturn, Infiniti, GMC, Pontiac, and Buick dealerships

  • Hummer and Saturn dealerships were subsequently converted to Subaru and Hyundai dealerships

INFINITI – SOUTH HILLS & NORTH HILLS

• Structural design of two new auto showrooms and service reception facilities

• The South Hills dealership was constructed on top of a multi-story parking structure that was designed and detailed by another entity

VOLKSWAGEN – SOUTH HILLS

• New construction of a 6,200 square foot, 1-story automobile showroom and service facility

• Built on a challenging site with limitations and existing conditions

AUDI – STRIP DISTRICT

• New 3-story, 20,000 square foot sales building and 28,000 square foot elevated parking deck, located in Pittsburgh’s historic Strip District

• Site challenges includes partial reconstruction of a 100 year old stone retaining wall

• Building is founded on spread footings bearing on soil improved with Vibro stone columns

• Composite steel framing used for main building

• Parking deck constructed with solid precast plank supported by steel beams and columns
