Philip Rittling joined Taylor Structural Engineers in September of 2005 as a Design Engineer. In 2009 Phil was promoted to Project Engineer, and in May 2013 he became a Principal in the firm.

Prior to joining TSE, Phil started his engineering career at The Structures Group, Inc. in Tampa, Florida after earning his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of South Florida. In August of 2005, Phil took on three major life events: he got married, relocated to Pittsburgh for his wife to attend Graduate School at Carnegie Mellon University, and began his career at Taylor Structural Engineers.

Phil holds current licenses in Pennsylvania and Ohio, Delaware, West Virginia, South Carolina and Indiana and is a member of the American Institute of Steel Construction.

Phil received his Bachelor's Science, Civil Engineering at the University of South Florida.
