THE ICON

TSE is currently providing structural engineering services for a new mixed-use building in the heart of downtown State College. The 7-story, 132,000-square-foot structure includes 2 levels of enclosed parking and retail space at the lower floors which are structured with cast-in-place concrete. The top five floor levels will house 55 residential apartments which are structured with precast concrete floor decks supported on masonry-bearing walls. When completed, the building will be called The Icon.

The design team is led by WTW Architects.
