TIPPIE ALUMNI CENTER

  • Restoration and partial expansion of a 100 year old, mixed-use building into an alumni center

    • New entrance to the building’s east face

    • Reframing of multiple staircases

    • Reinforcing of the existing roof to support mechanical upgrades

    • Replacement of deteriorated beams for adequate support of the ceremonial mezzanine

    • Added retaining walls to the grounds

    • Special framing was also required for skylights and floor openings

STUDENT HOUSING 

  • New construction of a 75,000 square foot, 4-story residence hall
