  • New construction of recreation center consisting of a first floor gymnasium space and second floor track/fitness area

  • Third floor structural deck supporting three wood framed residential levels

  • Two masonry 5-floor elevator hoistways

  • Recreation center designed by WTW Architects and student housing designed by Glenco, Inc. TSE Provided structural design and coordination for both entities
